Job Description:

• Prestart Inspections: As a Civil Construction Machinery Operator, your responsibilities will include carrying out thorough prestart inspections of machines and plants to ensure their proper functioning and safety.
• Operation of Machinery: The role requires the safe and high-quality operation of a variety of machinery, including Excavators, Loaders, Rollers, Skid Steers, Water Trucks, and Body Tippers.
• Civil Earthworks and Pavements: A crucial aspect of the job is possessing knowledge and understanding of Civil Earthworks and Pavements, along with familiarity with various construction methodologies.
• Autonomous and Team Work: The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar role is required, demonstrating a solid understanding of the intricacies of operating civil construction machinery.
• Education: Candidates should be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course, providing the foundational knowledge needed for this demanding role.
• Licenses and Documentation: A valid passport and a valid driver’s license are mandatory requirements for this position.
• Construction Project Experience: Experience working on Civil Road construction projects is highly desirable.
• Physical Fitness: The role demands individuals to be physically fit and willing to work outside of the machinery if required.
• Remote Project Availability: Candidates should be willing and able to work on remote projects as needed.
