Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation and upkeep of insulation materials in compliance with Japanese building codes. Additionally, tasks include performing precise excavation, grading, and foundation work, all executed in accordance with safety standards and regulations. Effective communication in Japanese is essential for collaborative success with construction teams.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience in construction is required.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum Japanese proficiency of N4 and must pass JFT Basic of JLPT N4.
  • Successful completion of the Construction Skills Examinations.
  • At least 1 year of experience in construction.
  • Completion of the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) contract.
