Requirements
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Form 137 or College OTR
- 2 passport-size pictures (white background & with collar)
- Barangay Clearance
Qualifications for TESDA Driving NC II Scholarship
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- At least 15 years old
