Job Description and Duties
Responsibilities:
- Vehicle and Document Inspections:
- Receive vehicles and inspect documentation such as driver’s licenses, vehicle registration certificates, timetables, tariffs, permits, and concessions to ensure compliance with legal and company regulations.
- Daily Technical Inspections:
- Conduct thorough inspections of buses and their components as prescribed by law and internal policies.
- Passenger Management:
- Board passengers onto the bus, monitor entry and exit, and ensure doors are properly closed while adhering to safety protocols.
- Ticket Management:
- Handle travel tickets and ticket-issuing machines, reconcile them with sales reports, verify tickets, issue new ones, and maintain a log of ticket sales revenue.
- Minor Repairs:
- Address minor technical issues, including replacing tires, wipers, and fuel filters.
- Other Duties:
- Perform additional tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
